The MarketPlus Separately Managed Contract (SMC) is a managed account-like instrument that provides investors with highly
efficient access to alternative strategies. If you are a qualified investor, you can choose to either (1) have your
own advisor manage your MarketPlus Contract, or (2) avail yourself of one or more of Invesdex’s absolute return strategies from
our proprietary database.
The MarketPlus1 platform offers the most efficient access to alternative strategies available, with the highest degree
of functionality and risk mitigation in the market today. Key features of MarketPlus include: no expenses and low
overall fees; intra-day liquidity and position-level transparency; custom (and generally low volatility) portfolios;
no manager fraud risk; mitigation of style drift and operational risk; and, non-recourse leverage.
With or without the assistance of Invesdex, you can choose to (1) access a passive portfolio allocation (such as
the customised cohort); (2) create your own cohort of strategies from Invesdex's
database; or (3) gain exposure to a single strategy. SMC exposures can be rebalanced as often as desired.
